The drive

Leave Delhi west through Bahadurgarh to Rohtak and Hisar. This is the fastest part of the trip, on wide highway. From Hisar the road crosses into Rajasthan to Rajgarh (Sadulpur). There you join SH-6, which runs west through Taranagar to Sardarshahar.

Some travellers go on from Rajgarh to Churu instead and come into Sardarshahar from Churu, about 55 km. Your navigation app will pick between the two based on traffic.
